Perch\u00e9 se \u00e8 vero che oggi questo enorme panorama di strumenti ci offre opportunit\u00e0 di targettizzazione e misurazione chirurgica mai immaginati prima, il gioco per i marketers si complica enormemente e sempre di pi\u00f9.<\/p>\n<p>Siamo ormai immersi in quella che l\u2019istituto Nielsen chiama nel suo report &#8220;et\u00e0 della dissonanza&#8221;. Facendo il punto su come cambia il customer journey alla luce dell\u2019evoluzione dei canali digitali, l\u2019indagine analizza in quali termini il percorso dei consumatori diventi in realt\u00e0 molto pi\u00f9 complesso e frammentario proprio a causa dell\u2019impatto di questi canali sulle loro decisioni di acquisto.<\/p>\n<p>Lo studio rileva inoltre che spesso gli investimenti sono basati pi\u00f9 su percezioni di efficacia piuttosto che su elementi concreti di riscontro con sprechi e opportunit\u00e0 mancate notevoli, il che rende necessario poter contare su nuove metriche e strumenti per valutare correttamente il ROI delle campagne sui diversi canali.<\/p>\n<p>A questo proposito emerge per esempio che viene data un\u2019importanza molto pi\u00f9 alta alla pubblicit\u00e0 invece che\u00a0 alle promozioni, nonostante le opportunit\u00e0 che queste offrono di conoscere e orientare al meglio il comportamento di acquisto dei clienti nei negozi. O ancora che il marketing si focalizza soprattutto sull\u2019acquisizione di nuovi clienti malgrado il valore di quelli acquisiti, in assoluto il core target di qualsiasi approccio efficace in termini di redditivit\u00e0 per un\u2019azienda.
