{"id":3613,"date":"2020-05-29T15:35:45","date_gmt":"2020-05-29T15:35:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/caterinabanella.it\/demo\/?p=3613"},"modified":"2020-05-29T15:36:36","modified_gmt":"2020-05-29T15:36:36","slug":"come-cambia-il-peso-del-consumatore-post-traumatico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/caterinabanella.it\/?p=3613","title":{"rendered":"Come cambia il peso del consumatore post traumatico?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il consumatore diventer\u00e0 ancora pi\u00f9 &#8220;pesante&#8221; una volta superata l&#8217;emergenza sanitaria da Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Possiamo stare certi infatti che il consumatore post lockdown ci dar\u00e0 ancora di pi\u00f9 del filo da torcere quando vorremo conquistare la sua attenzione o meglio la sua intenzione all\u2019acquisto e all\u2019azione che \u00e8 il tema ra del best seller del co-autore del Clue Train Manifesto, Doc Searls, &#8220;The intention economy: when customer takes over&#8221;, pubblicato qualche anno fa ormai, ma che sembra scritto ieri, e che mi \u00e8 capito di riprendere in mano.<\/p>\n<p>Potrebbe sembrare il classico &#8220;niente di nuovo sotto il sole&#8221; ma attenzione, la precisazione \u00e8 essenziale perch\u00e8 da sempre discutiamo di quanto sia fondamentale attirare l\u2019attenzione del cliente\/consumatore e questo si porta dietro praticamente tutto. Dall\u2019adv all\u2019inbound marketing, dai pop up ai visual pi\u00f9 raffinati, dalla titolazione di un articolo o di un comunicato stampa (ammesso che anche il giornalista sia un cliente, eh s\u00ec, certo che lo \u00e8!) dall\u2019attacco di una landing page all\u2019executive summary di un position paper per il Ceo di un&#8217;azienda cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo questa emergenza entreremo ancora pi\u00f9 profondamente in quella &#8220;Intention Economy&#8221; idealmente contrapposta a quella dell&#8217;Attenzione con Imprese e organizzazioni che competeranno ancora pi\u00f9 duramente per ingaggiare una relazione realmente motivata e proattiva con i consumatori.<\/p>\n<p>Questo presuppone ancora pi\u00f9 potere, pi\u00f9 capacit\u00e0 di influenzare le aziende, pi\u00f9 mobilit\u00e0 di scelta, pi\u00f9 competenza nella soluzione dei problemi del mercato.
